Services Provided

Foundry Grove provides virtual and in-person bookkeeping services, including but not limited to: transaction categorization, account reconciliation, invoicing and bill tracking, budgeting assistance, financial reporting, and tax preparation support (in collaboration with your CPA or tax preparer). Specific services will be outlined in individual service agreements or packages.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate financial information, respond promptly to communication, maintain access to necessary accounts, secure shared credentials, and review deliverables in a timely manner.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed: monthly, quarterly, or one-time. Late payments may incur service suspension or fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality and Data Security

We protect your data using encryption, secure portals, and access controls. We do not share your information with third parties without consent or legal requirement.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for errors due to client-provided data, financial decisions made from reports, or delays caused by client inaction.

Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel services with written notice. We may terminate services due to non-payment, misuse, or policy violation. Offboarding will include transfer of deliverables.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials remain the property of Foundry Grove unless explicitly transferred. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Use of Our Website

Users agree not to misuse our website, including uploading malicious code or impersonating others. We may block access if misuse is detected.

Business Text Messaging Disclosure

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.

Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates agreement to the revised terms.
